Overview
Clayton Bricklemyer has many years of experience assisting developers and landowners in all aspects of land development. From due diligence to final governmental approval and every step in between, Clayton works with governmental officials and staff to achieve favorable conclusions for developers and landowners.
Clayton stays involved in the policy surrounding development issues, as a member of the Association of Florida Community Developers, Tampa Bay Builders Association, and as past President of both NAIOP Tampa Bay and NAIOP Florida.
Away from the office, Clayton is proud of his involvement with Camp Rockmont for Boys, and he and his wife Sarah enjoy cheering on their two sons in their musical and athletic endeavors.
