Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the addition of four attorneys to the firm, K. Clayton Bricklemyer, Steven Cline, Quinn Cockrell, and Angelica Melecio Piñeiro.
Bricklemyer is a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use group. His practice primarily focuses on assisting developers and landowners in all aspects of land development. Bricklemyer works with governmental officials and staff to achieve favorable conclusions for developers and landowners. Bricklemyer earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University.
Cline is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. His practice focuses on general and complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state court, with experience representing clients in a wide variety of business disputes. Cline earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court team. He received his undergraduate degree from College of William & Mary.
Cockrell is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Tax group. His practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, as well as, general corporate advice. Cockrell attended Florida State University College of Law where he was the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 20 of the Florida State University Business Review. After graduating from law school, Cockrell obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
Melecio Piñeiro is an associate in the firm’s Construction Litigation group. Her practice primarily focuses on the litigation of claims relating to construct defect disputes, contract disputes, and lien foreclosure actions. She represents various players in the construction industry, including owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in litigation. Melecio Piñeiro attended Cornell Law School and received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of South Florida.
