Lisa G. Gilleland

Lisa Gilleland is an experienced real estate and contracts attorney who brings practicality in addition to knowledge of applicable law to facilitate business transactions in the current fast-paced real estate market. 

Her practice includes commercial and retail leasing, real property purchase and sale transactions, real estate lending, commercial development and related corporate and commercial transactions. She has extensive experience with a variety of real estate transactions across the country.

Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Lisa was real estate counsel for a locally based international restaurant company and senior counsel for an Am Law 100 international law firm. Her experience with a large law firm brought her a high level of exposure to a variety of businesses and transactions, and her experience in-house gave her a level of understanding of practical business drivers behind the decisions of the C-Suite executives.

Lisa is licensed in Florida and Georgia.  In her free time, Lisa is a prolific reader and enjoys spending time with her husband and son, walking in the woods, and cheering on her alma maters, NC State and Georgia State, in athletics.
