Our Real Estate Finance attorneys have extensive experience in representing lending clients, ranging from major financial institutions to local community banks, in a wide variety of real estate and other commercial financing transactions.
While our focus is primarily on real estate secured loans, including acquisition, construction and permanent loans, we have broad experience in all areas of commercial lending, including conduit lending, participation and syndicated loans, working capital, cash flow and asset-based loans, and lines of credit and mezzanine financing.
Our attorneys work with lending clients not only in the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents, but also in the initial structuring of their transactions to achieve maximum benefit and flexibility.
