Overview
Rob McFadden is an experienced commercial real estate attorney whose approach reflects his time spent working for a Fortune 100 company and as general counsel for a commercial development company. Prior to his in-house experience, he represented commercial development clients in an Am Law 100 law firm. His practice includes representing clients in a range of commercial development work, with a focus on retail, office, industrial and ground leases.
Rob’s experience on the business side of commercial development gives him insight into the issues that matter the most to the clients he represents. He focuses on providing clients with practical advice and solutions that safeguard their interests while furthering their business objectives.
In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and cheering for the Florida Gators. Rob and his family are active in their FishHawk community.
