Amanda N. Anderson

Amanda Anderson is an associate in the Corporate and Tax Group at Hill Ward Henderson. Amanda has experience working with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in both domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as providing clients with a wide range of day-to-day corporate solutions for commercial, capital structure and governance matters. Previously, Amanda was a real estate and corporate associate in the Century City office of Allen Matkins, and uses her previous experience to advise investors, developers and property managers on real estate joint ventures in the Tampa Bay area.

Amanda attended UCLA School of Law where her coursework was specialized in business law and policy as well as in entertainment and sports studies. Amanda is barred in both California and Florida.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys walking along Bayshore Boulevard with her husband and Goldendoodle. She is a long-time fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
