Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to the firm, Amanda Anderson and Ryan Maloney.
Amanda Anderson is an associate in the Corporate & Tax group. Anderson has experience working with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in both domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as providing clients with a wide range of day-to-day corporate solutions for commercial, capital structure and governance matters. Previously, Anderson was a real estate and corporate associate in the Century City office of Allen Matkins, and uses her experience to advise investors, developers and property managers on real estate joint ventures in the Tampa Bay area. Anderson graduated cum laude from UCLA School of Law where her coursework was specialized in business law and policy as well as in entertainment and sports studies. Anderson is barred in both California and Florida.
Ryan Maloney is also an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Tax group. His practice generally focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advice, and financial services. Maloney graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as a Senior Staff Member on the St. John’s Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Maloney practiced banking law at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York, where he represented commercial banks and private debt funds in complex cross-border financing transactions.
