Josh Webb represents clients in the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation, trials, and appeals that involve a variety of business-related disputes. He has litigated and tried cases throughout the state of Florida, and in business and complex case divisions of courts and forums in other jurisdictions including New York, California, and Delaware. Josh devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing individuals and firms in professional liability matters.

In addition to his litigation practice, Josh is actively involved with the Defense Research Institute, having served as the chair of DRI Young Lawyers and on the national steering committee for DRI Professional Liability. He also serves as the chair of the board of directors of Bok Tower Gardens, a public garden and National Historic Landmark in Lake Wales, Florida. Josh enjoys spending time with his growing family, and playing golf and tennis.
