Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the hiring of two new Associates in the firm’s Litigation Group, Chad E. Burgess and Andrew E. Peluso.
Mr. Burgess’s practice includes the defense of medical malpractice, hospital liability, products liability, and premises liability claims, along with a diverse array of personal injury cases. During his time at Stetson University, Chad served as an Assistant Editor of The Stetson Law Review. In addition, he served as the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board, competing in five competitions. During his first year he was awarded the Outstanding Oralist Award at the Phelps Dunbar First-Year Appellate Advocacy Competition.
Mr. Peluso’s practice focuses primarily on general commercial litigation. While in law school at Duke University, Mr. Peluso was the Articles Editor and an executive board member for the Alaska Law Review. In addition, he spent a semester of law school in Washington, D.C. as a law clerk with the United States Senate Judiciary Committee. Mr. Peluso also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Steven D. Merryday at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
