Hill Ward Henderson represents automotive industry clients in general commercial real estate transactions that involve the purchase and sale of dealership premises and commercial lease transactions with third party landlords, including due diligence regarding title, survey, land use and zoning matters. In addition, our attorneys have been involved in sale/leaseback transactions with national REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts).
Our real estate representation often involves complex financing and refinancing transactions, including the construction of new or renovated dealership showrooms and service centers.
