Tyler A. Miller

Tyler Miller is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Tax Group. His practice focuses generally on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, as well as, general corporate advice.

Tyler graduated from the University of Florida with his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and his Master's degree in International Business. While attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for law school, Tyler was a member of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal, Treasurer of the Entrepreneurial Law Association, worked in the Community Development Law clinic, and he was also a Legal Extern for Bojangles Inc.

Outside the office, Tyler enjoys fishing, boating, being active, the outdoors, and attending University of Florida and Tampa Bay sporting events.
