Overview
Nicholas focuses his practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, wealth and family business succession planning, transfer tax planning, gift and estate tax planning, asset protection, probate and trust administration.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas worked in the Orlando, Florida office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, where he focused on estate planning, asset protection and estate administration.
Outside the office, Nicholas enjoys playing tennis and golf. He also enjoys fishing in Charlotte Harbor.
