Overview
Donna Smith is a paralegal in the firm’s Trusts & Estates group. Donna assists the Trusts & Estates department with preparing gift and estate tax returns, drafting estate planning and settlement documents, trust modifications, estate litigation, post mortem planning, and estate administration.
Donna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Languages, specializing in ancient medicine, from Bard College. She then went on to receive her Master of Arts degree in Religious Studies, specializing in Ancient Greek and Hindu religions.
Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Donna worked in the Trusts & Estates/Tax Department of a law firm in New Jersey for seven years. Donna has been working in the area of Trusts & Estates for nearly 20 years.
Outside of the office, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She enjoys reading and exploring the Hillsborough County library system, volunteering, walking, swimming, and playing the violin.
