Overview
Denise Skillman serves as a Paralegal in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group focusing on commercial foreclosures, forbearance agreements and collections. She also works closely with the Real Estate Group in all aspects of commercial lending and commercial sales and acquisitions. Denise has been with the firm for over 15 years and has over 30 years of paralegal experience.
Denise has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 34 years. She obtained her paralegal certification from Pennsylvania State University. Denise holds the Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation from The Florida Bar and is a member of the Paralegal Association of Florida.
In her spare time, Denise enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and quilting.
