Two New Associates Join Hill Ward Henderson

Two new attorneys have joined Hill Ward Henderson. Emily Whelchel will serve as an associate in the firm’s Construction & Design Group. Her practice primarily involves representing owners, developers and contractors in construction defect disputes, bond claims, lien foreclosure actions, and complex commercial litigation. She is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law.

Patrick Causey will serve as an associate in the firm’s Real Property and General Commercial Litigation Groups. His practice focuses on litigation in the areas of real estate, land use, general commercial and insurance coverage. He is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law.
