Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to welcome Trey Baldy as a Shareholder in the firm’s Corporate & Tax Group. Mr. Baldy’s practice is primarily focused on commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property transactions.
Mr. Baldy is a veteran corporate attorney with significant experience in all aspects of asset-based and cash flow financings, business acquisitions, and technology licensing.
Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Mr. Baldy was a Partner at Holland & Knight LLP. Mr. Baldy earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the University of Florida Law Review. Prior to that, Mr. Baldy earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Vanderbilt University.
