Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce that attorney Tara Rao Bild has been appointed to serve a three-year term on the Tampa Museum of Art Foundation Board.
Established in 1920, the Tampa Museum of Art houses an extensive collection of Greek and Roman antiquities, one of the largest in the southeastern United States, and a diverse collection of modern and contemporary art encompassing sculpture, photography, painting, and new media.
The Foundation Board, established in 1998 as a 501(c)(3), provides guidance and support to the museum’s executive director, and is responsible for the museum’s investment of endowment funds, bequests, trusts, and legacy gifts, and campaigning for sustainability of the art museum now and in the future.
Bild is a senior counsel in the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice. She focuses her practice on estate planning and probate and trust administration. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Bild worked at distinguished law firms in Washington, D.C. and Tampa, Florida. She was also the principal of The Rao Law Firm, P.L. in Tampa for many years where she practiced in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianship, and business planning.
