Stephen A. Liverpool has joined Hill Ward Henderson as an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use Groups. His practice primarily involves representing clients in all phases of commercial real estate development, including leasing, investment, financing, purchase and sale transactions, and a wide variety of land use matters. During law school, Liverpool was selected to work in the University of Florida’s Conservation Clinic where he gained significant experience in Florida state rulemaking, rule waivers and variances, judicial review of agency actions, and regulatory and legislative matters. Liverpool also had the opportunity to serve as the President and Treasurer of Florida Blue Key and in 2007 was awarded a National Thurgood Marshall Fellowship from the Federal Council on Legal Education Opportunity.
