Stephen E. Kelly Joins Hill Ward Henderson

Stephen E. Kelly has joined Hill Ward Henderson as Senior Counsel in the firm’s Litigation and Corporate & Tax Groups. Mr. Kelly has practiced law for over 10 years and practices a full range of intellectual property law, including obtaining and enforcing patent, copyright, and trademark rights, and handling related matters in unfair competition, e-commerce, licensing, due diligence, and IP transactions.  Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Mr. Kelly was a Shareholder at Rogers Towers, PA.   

Mr. Kelly is a Registered Patent Attorney in addition to being recognized by Florida Super Lawyers for his work in Intellectual Property. Active in professional activities, Mr. Kelly is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Association of Corporate Growth. Prior to attending law school, he was a structural engineer at an international engineering company where he gained extensive experience in the analysis and design of complex structural systems.
