Save The Date For The 2010 Florida Directors' Institute

The sixth annual Florida Directors' Institute has been scheduled for December 13, 2010 to be held at The University of Tampa's Vaughn Center. This highly acclaimed, intensive, one-day program is designed exclusively for directors of public and large private companies. A limited number of registrations are also available to senior executives. Acceptance into the Institute is contingent upon meeting these qualifications. The 2010 Florida Directors' Institute is pending approval for National Association for Corporate Directors (NACD) Certificate of Director Education credits, and is expected to be approved for continuing legal education credit and CPA continuing professional education credit.
Shareholder David S. Felman of Hill Ward Henderson is the founder and principal organizer of The Florida Directors' Institute. In 2004, the Institute was launched as a collaborative program with the University of Tampa's Sykes College of Business and Ernst & Young LLP to provide professional development and education in board governance for directors of public companies.
