Ryan Sullivan Receives The Florida Bar Construction Law Committee's prestigious Rising Star Award

Ryan Sullivan, an attorney at Hill Ward Henderson, was honored at the 18th Annual Construction Law Institute with The Florida Bar Construction Law Committee's prestigious Rising Star Award.

This award is presented annually by the Construction Law Committee (CLC) of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section to one individual who is Board Certified in Construction Law and has made significant contributions, demonstrating the potential for future leadership in the field.  With over 550 members, the CLC is the largest voluntary bar association of construction lawyers in the state of Florida.

Sullivan is an associate in the firm's Construction Litigation group. His practice primarily involves representing a variety of clients in the construction industry, including owners, condominium and homeowners associations, developers, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, design professionals, and sureties. He has significant experience in construction defect litigation and construction contract disputes on both public and private projects and has advised clients in all phases of construction.
