Katherine Frazier, a shareholder at Hill Ward Henderson, assumed the position as Chair of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law (RPPTL) Section of The Florida Bar as of July 1, 2023.
The RPPTL Section serves the citizens of Florida, the legal community, and its Section members with the highest levels of knowledge, experience, and commitment to real property, probate, and trust law. The RPPTL Section is the largest section of The Florida Bar and is comprised of over 10,000 members throughout the State.
Frazier has served on the Executive Committee of the RPPTL Section since 2013 in various roles including Director of the Real Property Division, Director of At-Large Members, Co-Chair of the Legislative Committee; Secretary and Treasurer of the RPPTL Section.
Frazier's practice focuses on various types of commercial transactions in both the real property and business areas; including land acquisition and development, leasing, financing, and title insurance matters. Her practice also involves assisting significant owners of real estate, as well as national and local development entities in their real estate matters. Frazier is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Real Estate and is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
