Hill Ward Henderson is proud to announce that Jeffrey J. Wilcox has been elected to the 2024-2025 Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Board of Directors.
The Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA) is one of the largest voluntary bar associations in Florida with a membership close to 4,000 attorneys, judges and legal professionals. HCBA’s mission is to inspire and promote respect for the law and the justice system through service to the legal profession and the community.
Wilcox is a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation practice. He represents employers in litigation involving claims of employment harassment, discrimination, retaliation, leave laws, wage and hour laws, whistleblower laws, enforcement of and defense against non-solicitation and non-competition agreements, background check laws, and other employment-related claims. He also represents clients in litigation involving complex commercial and consumer claims, including complex business disputes, contract disputes, cybersecurity and data breach claims, automotive compliance, and claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. He has experience litigating and resolving complex state and federal class and collective action lawsuits.
