Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to the firm, Matthew Evans and Kevin Paule.
Evans is a senior counsel in the firm’s Trusts & Estates group. His practice focuses on multi-generational wealth and transfer tax planning, including income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxation, as well as business succession and charitable planning. He also represents fiduciaries in a variety of trust and estate administration matters, including the preparation of federal estate tax returns. Evans earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, and his LL.M. from the University of Florida College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Tampa.
Paule is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on business disputes and financial fraud. Paule attended the University of Florida College of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
