Hill Ward Henderson Welcomes Joshua T. Gehres

Hill Ward Henderson is proud to welcome Joshua T. Gehres as an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Tax group.

Gehres’ practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, as well as general corporate advice. He has represented both public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation and securities reporting and compliance matters.

Gehres received his Bachelor’s in Finance and MBA from Florida State University, where he was also a wide receiver on the football team and was awarded the Golden Torch Award and Matt Schmauch Academic Award. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016.
