Sparks, Shareholder in the Trusts & Estates Group at Hill Ward Henderson has been elected as a Fellow in the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel (ACTEC), which is the leading national organization of estate planning lawyers. Individual lawyers are nominated based on their demonstration of the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence, and experience as trusts and estates counselors. All ACTEC members have made substantial contributions to the field of trusts and estates law through writing, teaching, and bar leadership activities. Individual lawyers meeting the criteria for membership are nominated by Fellows of the College and subjected to careful review by both state and national membership selection committees, prior to consideration for election as a Fellow by the Regents of the College.
