William J. Judge, Shareholder with Hill Ward Henderson’s Litigation Group, was recently accepted for membership in the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), an invitation-only association for lawyers and insurance executives who represent corporate and insurance interests around the world. Founded in 1920, IACD provides resources to its members in addition to taking leadership roles in many areas of legal reform and professional development.
Mr. Judge’s practice primarily involves medical and automotive products liability, commercial disagreements, construction disputes, medical malpractice and intellectual property. He has represented a variety of Fortune 500 clients in litigation involving medical devices, air bags, seatbelts, automotive brake systems, pharmaceuticals, restraint of trade/non-compete agreements, contract disputes, power tools, premises liability, complex multi-unit construction projects, and intellectual property. In addition to statewide representation of clients, Mr. Judge also has handled several litigation matters in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
