Connery, Jr., was selected to serve on the 2017-2018 Association for Corporate Growth’s (ACG) Global Board of Directors. Members of ACG’s global board of directors are nominated and elected by their peers to serve a three-year term. The global organization, founded in 1954, represents 14,500 members worldwide, and serves 90,000 investors, executives, lenders and advisors to help grow middle-market companies.
Mr. Connery has a diverse transactional practice, with an emphasis on advising family offices, venture capital funds, companies, angel investors and private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He advises on structuring and negotiating complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, growth capital investments, joint ventures, fund formations and recapitalizations. Mr. Connery counsels investors, developers and property managers on real estate joint ventures and regularly serves as outside general counsel to growing, middle market companies.
