This highly acclaimed, intensive, one-day seminar is designed exclusively for directors of public and large private companies. David S. Felman, Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Corporate & Tax Group at Hill Ward Henderson is a founder and principal organizer of the Florida Directors’ Institute. Mr. Felman represents companies in financings, acquisitions, securities law compliance, and corporate governance. His clients include a broad base of public and private companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and their portfolio companies.
