Hill Ward Henderson announced last week that Jeanie M. Poley has been named Chief Administrative Officer “CAO” for the firm. In this position she will oversee the efforts of the firm in the areas of business development and marketing, professional development, recruiting, human resources and operations. Poley joined Hill Ward Henderson in 2000 as the firm’s Recruiting and HR Manager. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, she practiced law at a full-service law firm in the Midwest focusing in the areas of Employment Law and Litigation.

Active in both professional and civic organizations, she has served as President, Vice President and Treasurer of the Tampa Bay Legal Recruiters Association and is a former member of the Boards of Trustees of the American Red Cross and Big Brothers/ Big Sisters. She has spoken at national conferences on various topics related to employment law and recruiting, and has been published in the National Association for Law Placement’s monthly publication.
