Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce that William J. Judge, Jr. has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys throughout the U.S. with education and collaboration, the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense.
Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows. The CLM is the only national organization created to meet the needs of professionals in the claims and litigation management industries. Currently the CLM has approximately 20,000 Members and Fellows.
Mr. Judge is a Shareholder in Hill Ward Henderson’s Litigation Group. His practice primarily involves medical and automotive products liability, commercial disagreements, construction disputes, medical malpractice, and intellectual property. He has represented a variety of Fortune 500 clients in litigation involving medical devices, air bags, seatbelts, automotive brake systems, pharmaceuticals, restraint of trade/non-compete agreements, contract disputes, power tools, premises liability, complex multi-unit construction projects, and intellectual property. In addition to statewide representation of clients, Mr. Judge has also handled several litigation matters in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
