Jill K. Bell, an Associate with Hill Ward Henderson’s Litigation and Real Property Litigation Groups, was recently elected to the Board of Directors for Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture & the Arts (TBBCA). The TBBCA is a nonprofit organization that unites area businesses to champion arts and culture for a prosperous community through innovative partnerships and sustainable programs. Founded in 1989, the TBBCA was the first Florida affiliate of the National Business Committee for the Arts established by David Rockefeller and a core group of America’s top business leaders.
Ms. Bell’s practice primarily focuses on litigation involving real estate and land use issues, as well as complex commercial litigation. Her concentration includes handling matters concerning commercial leases, title issues, constitutional and statutory property rights, contractual disputes, and non-compete agreements.
