Attorney Matthew F. Hall was recently appointed to the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Veterans Treatment Court Oversight Committee. This group was established to oversee Veterans Treatment Court operations in order to ensure proper training of court personnel and correct implementation of its current model. The Committee is charged with recommending strategies to maintain the equality and effectiveness of Veterans Treatment Court and to ensure that the many treatment options now available remain viable.
Mr. Hall is an Associate in Hill Ward Henderson’s Litigation Group. His practice primarily focuses on employment law and general commercial litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Hall served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army, deploying to Iraq in 2003. During law school, he served as President of the Military Law Students Association and created a scholarship fund for military veterans at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. After law school, Mr. Hall served as a law clerk to Hon. Peter T. Fay at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
