C. Adam Benbassat joins Hill Ward Henderson as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Tax Group. Mr. Benbassat primarily practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance, and venture capital and private equity. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Benbassat worked in the New York office of Clifford Chance US LLP, where he focused on banking and finance, securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
