Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce that shareholders Bob Fulton and Troy Fuhrman have been named Litigation Stars in Benchmark Litigation’s 2024 Edition.
Fulton currently serves on the firm’s Management Committee, and on the Diversity & Inclusion and Wellness Committees. He defends companies in products liability, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims. Throughout his career, Fulton has defended national and international clients in numerous automotive, trucking, consumer products and power tool products liability cases throughout Florida and in several other states. He also has represented retailers and home builders in premises liability matters.
Fuhrman has defended national and international clients in high stakes product liability and mass tort litigation at all levels of state and federal court. Fuhrman’s practice focuses on representing clients in the pharmaceutical, technology, commercial, and consumer product manufacturing sectors.
Fuhrman recently served as lead counsel for an international corporation regarding an industry-wide constitutional challenge presented to the Florida Supreme Court, and he leads the firm’s Tobacco Litigation Group. In this capacity, he serves as both Trial and Case Managing Counsel for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in over one thousand cases pending in the state. Fuhrman has also served as court-appointed Liaison Counsel for tobacco litigants throughout the state.
