Amelia M. Campbell has joined Hill Ward Henderson as a Shareholder in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group. Ms. Campbell has practiced law for over 25 years and focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning. She counsels clients on a wide range of financial issues involving federal taxation, preservation of wealth, family limited partnerships, insurance planning, charitable planning and estate planning considerations that affect closely-held businesses. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Ms. Campbell was a Shareholder at Fowler White Boggs.
Ms. Campbell is an A-V Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell in addition to being recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, and Florida Super Lawyers. In addition, she has been named a Florida Super Lawyers Top 50 Florida Female Super Lawyer. Active in both professional activities and the community, Ms. Campbell is a member of the Real Property and Probate Law Section of The Florida Bar. She currently serves as President of The Athena Society.
