Ajay Malshe Joins Hill Ward Henderson

Ajay Malshe joins Hill Ward Henderson as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Tax Group. His practice encompasses a broad range of corporate transactional matters including venture capital and private equity, joint ventures, partnerships and securities. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Mr. Malshe was an associate in the Real Estate Capital Markets group at Goodwin Procter, LLP in New York City. While there, he represented real estate investment managers and fund sponsors in the establishment and ongoing management of real estate private investment funds and other commingled investment vehicles. He also represented clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and mortgage and mezzanine financing.
