Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the hiring of two new Associates in the firm’s Litigation Group, Sara Lui and Fred C. “Kip” Marshall.
Ms. Lui’s practice includes general commercial litigation and bankruptcy and creditors' rights litigation. While in law school at University of Florida Levin College of Law, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jason Deal, a Superior Court Judge for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit of Georgia. In addition, Ms. Lui participated as a certified legal intern in the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Clinic at Levin College of Law, where she litigated issues such as obtaining injunctions for the protection of indigent victims against domestic violence.
Mr. Marshall’s practice varies between commercial, real property, design, and construction litigation, as well as regulatory compliance. Prior to law school, he worked as an architectural designer in Charlottesville, Virginia and New York City. While in law school, Mr. Marshall served as a Legislative Intern in the Florida House of Representatives.
