Paralegal - Medical Malpractice
Hill Ward Henderson is an AV rated firm that offers sophisticated clients, challenging work, a friendly, collegial work environment and excellent compensation and benefits. The Firm is currently seeking qualified paralegal candidates for their Personal Injury Department to assist attorneys with preparation for trial, research and document management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a paralegal in medical malpractice/nursing home and personal injury
- Previous trial experience
- Knowledge of Florida state court rules
Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
