In addition to a written lease agreement, the rights and obligations of commercial landlords and tenants are governed by Florida law, which provides a number of important rules and regulations governing landlords and tenants.
Our Commercial Landlord/Tenant Litigation Group is staffed with a number of attorneys with significant experience in enforcing or defending the rights of parties in commercial lease disputes, including litigation involving eviction, rent collection, square footage, common area maintenance fees and parking issues.
