Four shareholders at Hill Ward Henderson have become newly Board Certified by the Florida Bar in their areas of specialization. Charles W. “Chad” Callahan, III is now Board Certified in Wills, Trusts & Estates, J. Rocco Cafaro is now Board Certified in Construction Law, S. Katherine Frazier is now Board Certified in Real Estate and Brian C. Sparks is now Board Certified in Wills, Trusts & Estates.
Certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida. Board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law. It honors their professionalism and ethics in practice. Once an attorney becomes Board Certified, he or she is distinguished as a specialist and expert within their practice area.
