Overview
Kendra Lyman is a member of the firm’s Construction & Design group, and she is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law. Her practice focuses exclusively on a wide array of construction matters, including construction and design claims, construction contracting, project management, insurance and surety issues, and construction disputes. She primarily represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and sureties in contract disputes, construction defect disputes, lien foreclosure actions, bond claims, insurance coverage disputes, and other complex commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Kendra’s practice included complex business and commercial litigation and insurance fraud litigation. Outside of the office, Kendra is an active member of The Junior League of Tampa and also enjoys running, attending concerts, and spending time with her husband and son.
