Overview

Tom Goeglein's practice is focused on real estate leasing transactions, land acquisition and development, franchise transactions, and institutional real estate lending.

From 1999–2005, Tom served as Director and Associate Corporate Counsel/Real Estate for the Eckerd Corporation national drug store chain. In that capacity, he had primary responsibility for protecting the legal interests of Eckerd Corporation in all real estate matters. Before moving to Florida to join Eckerd Corporation in 1999, Tom was a partner with the law firm of Beckman Lawson, LLP, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he maintained a specialized practice in the areas of real estate and finance.

Active in the community, Tom is an Emeritus Trustee for Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties.
