Eric practices in the corporate and business areas, working primarily on transactions in connection with business acquisitions and dispositions. In addition, he counsels clients on an ongoing basis in connection with a wide range of corporate and business matters.
Eric has assisted privately held and public companies with acquisitions, divestitures and joint-venture transactions. He has also assisted clients with the corporate and business aspects of real estate transactions, the formation and dissolution of business entities, and various tax and employee benefit matters.
