Rachel is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Tax Group. Her practice primarily focuses on general corporate and securities matters including various experiences with corporate lending transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked in the New York City office of an international firm, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Active in Bar activities and our local community, Rachel currently serves on the Model IP Security Agreement Task Force of the American Bar Association's Commercial Finance Committee. She is a member of the Board of Directors for both Creative Tampa Bay and the Gasparilla International Film Festival.
When she is not in the office, Rachel enjoys photography, rock climbing and spending time with her friends and family.
